This page is for anyone who has already made their Senior Picture Appointment. Even if you have decided to go to another Photographer much of the information on this page will be helpful to you.

Congratulations for choosing the area's premier Photographer!

Directions to the studio can be found here  DIRECTIONS   Some people decide to make a trial run to the studio previous to the day of their photographs.

Where do I park?

There should be plenty of room in the driveway. If another customer's car is parked, try to park on the other side. If the driveway is full, you may park at the end of the front yard on the road.

Promptness

Have you ever sat in a Doctor's office waiting room for a very long time? It isn't fun, is it? Our goal at Rat & Cheese Photography is that our clients do not have to do that. The only thing that would make that happen is if the person scheduled before you was late. Please have the courtesy to others to be on time for your appointment. If you are confused at all about the directions to our studio, please call for further explanation so that you do not get lost coming to your appointment.

How Much Money do I bring?

Since you should have already sent in your reservation fee, you won't need any money on the day of your session unless you have changed to a larger session. The reservation fee covers the cost of our time with you, plus the expenses for your portrait session. It DOES NOT include any photographs, BUT does include the best photography you can get.

What to expect at my session?

First, expect to have a great time! Second, be sure to wear your dressiest outfit when coming to your session. Also, if you have any samples of pictures that you like, feel free to bring them with you to show to the photographer. AND -- Remember to show up 15 minutes early!

What if it Rains?

If you have some of your pictures scheduled for outdoors and it rains, NO PROBLEM! Summer showers come and go quickly. It might be raining where you are but sunny here. If the weather seems to pose a serious problem, we will do your INDOOR photographs that day and re-schedule your OUTDOOR photographs for another day. The OUTDOOR session can be re-scheduled easily.

Can I bring someone with me?

YES! Have you ever been asked to leave the shooting room when you were at another photography studio? This never happens at R & C Photography. We feel that no one knows your children better then you do. We value your input during the session! The more information we have from you - the better the pictures will turn out. Although you may feel that your presence may make your child uncomfortable, we have found this to be EXTREMELY rare. In fact, we normally see it makes them feel more at ease. We have many parents say how much fun they had and that it will remain as great memories as their child grows older. NOTE: because of limited space we ask that no more then three people accompany you during your sitting.
NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF SIX.

When will my proofs be ready?

Some photography studios are not presenting proofs any longer. At Rat & Cheese we feel that having proofs and showing them to your friends is a must! Your proofs will be ready approximately two weeks after your images are taken. If you wish to take them home for a week to show friends and family, we will ask for a $200 deposit which will be applied to your order when you return them to the studio.
